    And one more thing, I cannot view any captured images on the screen but when I connect it to the computer, I can view all of them clearly. What’s wrong then?

    Is it necessary to use lens adapter for fixing lens of other companies like Tamron, Canon etc in Nex5 cameras?

    I cannot use the sd card to load pictures on my computer or ipad. It will only download with the usb cord. is there an app for eeepad andriod asus, to use the pmb launcher or pmb photos.

    hi can anyone help me please? i have a sony nex-5 but keep finding when taking photos in poor lighting they come out blurry and not very good ive tryed all settings i can think i need to use but nothing seems to make it better does anyone else have this problem? the only thing i havnt tryed is using the flash. when i say poor lighting i mean like indoors when its starting to get dark outside but i do have my lights on indoors. can anyone help?

      There are two things that you may want to try if you haven’t.
      1. Adjusting white balance. You will have to choose the correct one based on type of lighting you have indoors for example incandescent etc. You can change white balance under “Brightness/color settings”
      2. There is no substitute for flash under very low light conditions. But when using flash I prefer to keep shooting mode to “p” instead of “intelligent” and set flash to “Fill Flash” so that flash work all times. If you use Intelligent mode then sometimes flash won’t work depending upon the light present. I prefer to use flash all times under low light conditions.

    Great camera. Love it but is there any way to reduce the noise when shooting? It can make stealth shots tricky.

    This is so useful, thank you cameratips.com and Sony. I got the Nex 5 for my birthday and instead of luggin the instruction manual with me I can now open it on Iphone with Ibooks.
